1. Processing & Shipping Time

Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

In most cases, orders are delivered within 2 days, depending on the destination country. Shipping times may vary per country.

2. Delays caused by the shipping Carrier

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally be longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for these delays.

3. Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at all times.
